3. Pricing and Payment

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.
Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is not permitted.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in charges.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.

6. Driver Responsibilities

Our drivers are licensed, experienced, and committed to providing a safe and professional service.
Drivers have the right to refuse transport to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a threat to safety.

7. Liability

Portugal Taxis is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
